The program is subject to change without notice. Errors reserved. Please notice that all presentations are held in english language.
Registration fee includes participation in all events from Tuesday August 26th to Thursday 28th, 2008 including sessions, keynote presentations, refreshment breaks and networking opportunities. A coffee break in the morning and a coffe break on the afternoon is included. There will be a two hour break for lunch. Lunch is not included in the conference fee. However, we will propose different restaurants for lunch.

All conference fees do include a 19% VAT. SVG Open is a service and subject to German taxation. Therefore participants from abroad will not be able to claim a reimbursement.
Payment is due upon submission of your registration. We are using PayPal as a payment system. Paypal accepts credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) and bank transfer.
Students who have valid student ID card can register at a reduced fee. Please send a valid enrollment certificate with your registration or bring your student ID when you come to register in person at the conference.
A participant, who is unable to attend the SVG Open, may name a substitute in writing. If you wish to substitute a participant, please contact the registration office at the earliest opportunity. Cancellations after May 31, 2008 (until August 1st, 2008) will cost an administrative fee of 60 Euro. There will be no reimbursement after August 1st,2008. Absence from the conference does not entitle to reimbursement of the conference fee.
